This video was good at highlighting that while companies might see risks in uploading data to AI, there are two key risks they are exposing themselves to if they don't:

• Leakage of data into AI from unsanctioned use. That is, employees use AI on their phone or through a web browser even though they're not supposed to.

• The loss of competitiveness against firms that use AI. Firms that adopt AI early will advance their capabilities to the point that it will be hard to catch up.
